I'm continuing importing the exterior into unreal this week and uving the assets as I go. I built up the model as I went, editing the pivots and snapping the joining vertices.

This is an example of how I was uving as I went, I uved the assets in sections to fit the modular criteria. I mainly used planar uving and camera based planer uving. I didn't stitch together the window sections since they're broken up with the frames anyway and I didn't want to stretch the mesh.

I then imported the uved sections into unreal. I broke up some of assets with different colours in maya so I could use different textures on the singular asset.

I continued uving the assets, reducing stretching as much as possible and only stitching them together when necessary. I didn't for this asset since its quite an odd shape and it doesn't matter that the textures might not line up on each of the planes.

I decided to prioritised completely finishing the exterior including texturing before working on the interior so that's what I'm going to focus on next before uving and importing any interior assets.

I added some lighting and atmosphere to my unreal project to give it more of a sense of environment, another thing I will be doing soon to give it a more environmental feeling is adding a floor.
